I wish cooking was really as fast as it comes out on videos. If I could have somebody shop, wash, cut/ prep all the ingredients and then clean up the big mess of dishes and utensils afterwards I would have no problem cooking!! I think for me this is the biggest mental hurdle in cooking. I think for many others too.
