My kids saw this and now they’re hung-ho about eating one ingredient foods too. Funny enough, it’s something I was looking into before you announced you guys were doing it. I actually just ordered a dehydrator too because I felt inspired by a woman on TikTok who makes her own spices like smoked paprika, garlic powder, ginger, and lemon pepper seasoning. Plus we live in an area with lots of orchards so we want to dry apples, apricots, raisins, and dates to name a few. We just need to dedicate the time to meal plan & prep. 😃 We’re looking forward to seeing what kind of meals you guys come up with!

I added the whole recipe together and it’s POTENT! I’m freezing most of it and will use it as a base and will add yogurt and mayo when it’s time to it the frozen batches.

if you are using that soy sauce and the sesame oil you can do chicken lettuce wraps. we do them all the time at my house and very low carb! i take chicken breasts and go to town chopping/mencing into tiny pieces (i learned this when i worked at a thai restaurant) i cook that along with mushrooms and seasonings, throw in a little soy sauce and green onions and voila! super easy and tasty!! sometimes i even add walnuts for a little extra bulk.
