A crockpot recipe that my family loves and would be easy to multiply for yours: 3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, one 8 oz. brick of cream cheese and one jar of La Victoria Medium Salsa Verde. Place all in pot and cook for 7-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. Serve over rice. I usually double it and freeze half for another day. ENJOY! Blessings, Janell

I'm thinking she'd need to double it for just a regular day. 3-4 chicken breasts for a family as big is theirs doesn't seem like enough. I cook 3-4 for a family of 3. We all get our own breast. But that recipe sounds delicious! Totally wanna give it a try. And I bet it's good served over rice or even like egg noodles and use the sauce with it. Something I make that's really easy..I don't have an exact recipe but if you know how to cook you can kinda make it your own lol. But what I do is how many ever pieces of chicken you need..whatever you wanna use (tenderloins, breast, boneless skinless thighs) I use tenderloins and do probably about 10 of them. I use 1 big can of cream of chicken and one can of rotel. Sometimes I do 1 big can and a small can of cream of chicken cuz it makes it less spicy so depends on how much heat you want. I add seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder to taste. Mix the sauce all up and cover the chicken with it. You can do it in a baking dish in the oven or in a crock pot. And cook until the chicken is good and tender. I serve it with white rice, green beans and/or corn. We usually mix it all up on our plate like one big casserole lol. I also like to add sour cream to my own plate but my husband doesn't like sour cream so I just do it on my own. It adds a little creaminess to it and also if the rotel was too spicy for littles (it's usually not but occasionally you will get a can that's spicier than others) so good tho!
