This is probably my favorite source of meal prep recipes. Perfect mix between nutrition and flavor. Too many meal prep recipes just focus on boring stuff like plain chicken breast and broccoli which I wouldn't want to eat daily. The snack recipes are great too

You mention you weren’t sure how well the noodles hold up in the freezer, just came back to say I froze one serving just as an experiment and didn’t notice any difference in flavor or texture after reheating. It was only frozen a few days, just as a test, but time frozen shouldn’t matter

My brother directed me to your video. Thank you for your step by step on how to make this dish. It literally reminds me of japache and with japache, anything can go with that. Your ingredients are so flavorful and just fantastic. While putting everything together, I realized I made more than expected! Definitely more than 5 days worth lol. I usually eat baked chicken, brocolli and salmon and sometimes i will cook up some bulgogi. But, that can get boring when you had it numerous of times so I wanted to try something new. This is a great addition to my culinary profile 🙂!

I have a question for your Q&A video josh! In your videos you say things along the line of.. “this suits my fitness goals”. Can you tell me, what are your fitness goals? And how do you aim to achieve them? How much fat, protein and carbs each day etc? How often do you work out? Thanks for the video! I’ll be giving this one a go 🙌🏻

This has become my favorite meal prep channel. I've never done meal prep until recently but, I love your humor ("if it takes you longer well, just be faster"), how matter of fact you are about stuff and everything comes across real and honest. It's nothing overly fancy, most of us don't want to spend hours doing meal prep, when I'm filling holes at work and doing 130h in a pay period, being able to slap together meals for a rotation in ~1h or less that are simple and delicious is great.

Well, dunno if he'll answer your question, but if it helps I go the gym for an hour in the morning and then run outside in the afternoon 5 times per week... so doing both is an excellent way to get in shape. Each day at the gym, work a specific muscle group: arms, shoulders, chest, legs, and back. As for running, be sure to get properly fitted running shoes that you change out after 300 miles or so and just start with something short like 2 miles and work your way up from there.

I am very recently getting into meal prepping, partly to lose weight and mostly just to make sure I am eating enough and getting what I am supposed to be, and I am not sure how many calories I am supposed to be taking. I have gone on a few websites and apps to track and see and most of them say 3k-4k+. The problem is that most of your recipes won't let me reach that goal easily. Now the obvious solution would be to just increase the amount of food each meal has but the problem is that I find myself so full from just the base meals that your website provides that I worry if I add to them I will make myself sick. What do you think I should do? I don't know if you wanna put this in the Q&A cuz of how specific it is but if you want to use it there you can.
