Great recipe. Also for the water bill check around your house for any leaking faucet. Check the toilet bowl just stand and listen to see if it's losing water and you can tell if the toilet bowl keeps filling up after it stops. Most of all don't forget to check the pipes outside your house. I feel you I'm a home owner myself. God only knows how much I hate Peco.

Great recipe, definitely going to try this. You can add some amazing flavor to your cabbage salsa by adding a squeeze of lime juice, a little white vinegar. Sometimes I'll even put a splash of the brine from any pickled jalapeno jar on hand. It adds a nice tang that will balance out the other flavors.

Christmassy, but I love the aromatic taste with coffee or tea. I do not know if you need to half the spices. Care to give it a try? 16 g cinnamon, mild ceylon 10 g ground cloves 6 g ground ginger 6 g ground cardamom zest from an orange (the juice too and fat free yoghurt for liquid) + 5 gram bicarbonate in addition to baking powder

The best way to add the seasonings to the rice is to add it before coking it in the water. Try it!

I can only hope that your first bill came with a deposit you have to make. The deposit I had to make for my various utilities was 2-4x the regular bill. It shocked the hell out of me when I got my first bill. They claim that after having the utilities on for a year they will credit you back your deposit over a couple of months. It is just to make sure that you don't bail on your bills during the first year (at least that's what they say.) Meal looked good first time I saw it and looks good again. Best of luck with the house.
