We have tripe soup in Jamaican cuisine. It’s nice, soft and the soups peppery. With a bunch of earthy vegetables and herbs. Soups a form of medicine in our culture.

I’m Puerto Rican, watching you guys it’s crazy the similarities when it comes to immigrant families. We may fight and argue, but we’ll fight you and go back to fighting each other.😂😂😂 My wife’s Italian, she tells me she sees the same similarities between my family and hers. She taught me how to cook some Italian. I taught her how to cook Puerto Rican food, and I messed up doing that because now she cooks more Puerto Rican than Italian now.
