Hi Sophie, I was only thinking about you today when I saw your lovely photos of the three of you on your Instagram page! I can't believe that baby Orin is eating Dahl, he certainly won't be a fussy eater that's for sure! I loved the sound of all those recipes (especially the Lemon and Rice Chicken - I love lemon recipes - my favourite being grilled salmon and Tagliatelli in Lemon Butter!) We are going to try the lemon chicken this week, looks delicious! How much rice would you use in the half pint of stock? I need to feed two adults and a toddler. Keep up the great work :-)

Wooo! I would say around 1 and a half cup of rice for 2 adults and one toddler! Or 2 cups worth. We use an average size mug to measure! Enjoy🥰

Thank you so much lovely ♥️ i am well thank you, I was very unwell with sinusitis at the start of the year, and then we were away as a family last week. Finally back to it ♥️ I do find Aldi is increasing in price, it's making a noticeable difference to our monthly outgoings. It is a result of Brexit uncertainty and I am hoping it stagnates soon ♥️♥️♥️
