I hope you are able to figure out a recipe for the tart. I can't wait to hear it. Your roast looked delicious. I don't do Sunday roasts, we just eat it when it sounds good. We cook ours on top of the stove in a Dutch oven with potatoes and carrots and the gravy. Have a great upcoming week!

Happy belated birthday Cheryl. Time defiantly flies past. One moment I was 45 and now I will be 62 in may. I love your meals of the week. It's weird and sad to say it takes me back to the good old days. !! It always felt easy in the past to cook and put a tasty meal on the table with out to much effort I did it every night since I was 14. But be warned it's an easy habit to get out of. And a hard habit to re start. It's so easy to fall into the trap of quick ready made convenience and fast food and before you know it you've lost the skill and the habit and it all seems too hard. After watching your video's I often think I need to book into your place for a couple of weeks of rehab on how to get back into the swing...lol...I love the glimpses of the West coast of Scotland. My dad was from Ayr. The last time I came back was 2007 to visit family in Kilmarnock. It's just a shame Australia is so far away. Have a lovely week.💖

If you want to take the wraps flavor up a notch... After you put your filling in place and fold the wraps put them onto a hot griddle or skillet with a bit of melted butter, allowing one side to brown, flip and repeat. I do this with all the wraps I make because I can't stand the doughy cold consistently of wraps right out of the bag.
