It really needs to be studied how A LOT of musical haters watch musicals... like off the bat u know ur not gonna like it then why put yourself through the pain of watching something you know you hate especially reactors.. you are just insulting and degrading something thats loved by others.. its not a perfect film by any means but if its not for you leave it alone

i really like this movie, its not better than original or the broadway version, but is really good. What bothered me most was that they changed the instrumental of the Broadway songs in this film. stupid love is completely different from the stage, and apex predator is much better in the stage version as is someone gets hurt, and some songs they cut from the stage were very good.

Idk who casted cady but sis is not the best singer... She's alright but lack emotion. Especially cud that cast have strong vocals it really chaotic how they have cady be so behind. Like we got RENEE RAP. Her alone make cady actress vocals so chaotic. Plus cady character herself isnt the same cady character we know 💀 Also as fashion girl i cant stand the fact they gave regina a leather look... Like regina would NEVERRR (renee look so fine tho)

Not a musical adaptation of the movie but an adaptation of the Broadway musical of mean girls. Very different. The 2004 phantom of the opera movie isn’t an adaptation of the 1925 movie musical adaptation of the book. If it’s a musical and you don’t like musical then it’s obvious you won’t like it😂

What people really needed was a sequel where all the girls grew up and had a reunion of some sort with new problems. The musical was too fast paced and barely got me to empathise with the characters.

Jenny NIchaloson or someone else made a whole video on the technical aspects of the musical and how the songs dragged and a bunch of other things. So when I heard they made a movie, I thought to myself, "There's a chance this might do well but did they fix the problems that were listed by the KZbinr?"
