Just came home from watching the movie, and oh my, I agree with every point you brought up!!!! Cady deserved better and more passion lol. Most of the songs Cady sang felt like lofi glee versions, especially her parts in Apex Predator

Potentially a controversial opinion: some songs stayed good and a few got better. (Stupid With Love was terrible tho don’t get me wrong) it was weird to get used to for sure, but at the end of the day at least Auli’i and Renee did pretty good with their vocals (my opinion)
