My love died of cancer Aug. 14 and I feel a "dark" message in your beautiful song and performance. An articulation of pain and longing that shows the depths of your emotions. Beautiful Mary.

Recently saw Mary at her show here in Phoenix last month. She told the story of the Mean Mary handle. It was the title to the first song that she wrote when she was five. She then went on to say that she "retired" that song when she was six. :-) Such a talent and yes, such a nice person. If you ever have the opportunity to see her live, especially in a small venue as I did, I would suggest that you do so as she is awesome live.
