Ah, River City. One of the first games I played as a child on the NES. I remember it being one of my favorite games back then. The series always makes me nostalgic so it's surreal to see someone I know so personally involved in it now. I'm glad you found the series, it deserves lots of recognition.

This actually kind of reminded me of those old rap songs they used to make for video games back in the day, like the Zelda Rap, but obviously much cooler and far higher quality. I love how brilliantly you wove in the mechanics of the game all while making it feel totally natural and sharp as hell. A perfect blend of that uber charming 90s cheese, while still being cool as hell. So happy you got this opportunity, DDK. You delivered and then some. And huge ups to Megan McDuffee on those vocals.
