Ooohs I noticed if I need a crossing, use a pedestrian road/path from Plazas and Promenades. So if you use one by the area where that 2 lane one way is, you can change it back to a 3 way again if you just use a pedestrian road/path~

The garbage dumps just collects the garbage “landfill usage” the recycling plants do the processing, hence why you are in the red for processing but not having garbage issues
