After six month liable hota h partner personally LLP main but LLP have no mutual agency sir to pehle bhi wo khud hi liable hota h na..what is the difference 🤔

Hello Rakhi, First of all mutual agency means agency of liability between individuals partners and between partners and body corporates. And in LLP one partner can't be agent of other partners. But when in LLP if one partner remain existing and another's partners have leave LLP then after 6 months partner liable for own liability and LLP's liability. So that in LLP their is not mutual agency between a partner and LLP but after 6 months of LLP having 1partner and another's have leave, partner will liable for own liability and LLP's liability. Hence, Before leaving all partners of a LLP except one a partner is not personally liable for LLP'S liability
