I never really thought of motivation in the perspective... I always thought that as long as u do wad u like, u will be motivated for it. Seems like everything has to do with human nature. We wan to feel acknowledged and wad we do to be appreciated and valued. So i guess its always best to have someone there to appreciate ur work no matter the quality.
