Being someone whose been with a girl whose delved deeply into alcoholism. This song hits deeply. I work 5 days week out of state. The destruction that can happen to someone when you’re gone. She’s 4 years sober now. This song just hit me right in the face and made a grown man tear up when I first heard it. Appreciate your reaction brother. Thank you. Subbed

Thank you so much for sharing this. This resonates with me. My partner worked four days of the week out of state and suffered from addiction. We did not make it but we did share a child together. He wound up almost dying from a Fentanyl overdose. This song just makes me remember our time together and what was lost, and the feeling of fault and not being enough. From both sides. And congrats to your girl for being four years sober!

This is a DEEP song! I love this combination of voices-they both sound GREAT together. I want to see more Shaboozey duets with other great singers as well.

I have been on a Shaboozy dive, but this is the first time I have listened to Noah and I love her voice, it reminds me of Dolly Parton’s. Great song, I will be looking for more from both of them.

This is a sad beautiful song, like you said. I only watched the official video of this song before watching your reaction to it. I could see on your face, how lost in the song you were. so like this is one of my favorite songs on this album and excited to see your reaction. The theme of addiction just resonated so much with me it brought tears to my eyes. I enjoy this whole album a lot but I think this one is my favorite because of the visceral reaction that comes out of me when I hear it.
