Hey John, Is a qualified lead a lead who was closed post conversion? Are there any scenarios a lead would be qualified even if they didn't convert post conversion? My thinking is that if I optimize for leads that didn't convert, I'd just get more leads like them. But then I don't know if the issue is with my post conversions user journey. 😵‍💫
