Hi, thanks for the tutorial. I don't understand one step: if I use the third step (google tag manager) can I skip the first step which is inserting the code in html?

Using GMT: You insert the GTM code snippet in the instead of GA4 code snippet. Then, in GTM, you created the GA4 Config tag and publish it.

Can an agency be started solely on measurments from google analytics? Seems like Softwares like Hyros/Wicked/Triple Whale already do this correct?

It would be nice to go slow and spend more time to define what tracking requires GTM which isn't part of enhanced measurement events in GA4. Would love to know how to create tracking on GTM especially for video views on a particular page, sign ups, etc. Thanks

Hi! I wanted to ask a question related to the installation. I see that in order to install GA4 it can be done through gtag.js and through Google Tag Manager. If the installation is done through gtag.js (copying the gtag code for all the containers we want to install), we can see that in the browser window object there is the window.gtag api (the function through which we could send custom events programmatically). My question is, if the installation of GA4 has been done through Google Tag Manager, is this gtag api available in the browser? I ask this because it could be the case that I would like to receive an event from a third party script that sends events through the gtag api. If this api is not available, how could I send this event? Thank you very much in advance and thank you very much for all the content!
