how I measure the conductivity in my polyaniline that I made? can 61-340 multimeter helps me in this case ?

Honestly, that kind of polymer measurement is well outside of my expertise. There's an article that describes an apparatus to measure the conductivity of a polyaniline film here: pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.1021/ma3005982 This may be overkill for what you are trying to do, but as you can see it is well beyond the digital multimeter level. Good luck with it!

can you use a multimeter in solutions?
@markkobrak76053 жыл бұрын
In principle yes, in practice not really. A multimeter will let you measure resistance in a solution, which is related to conductivity. But getting from one to the other requires detailed information on the geometry and placement of electrodes in the solution. Also, the choice of material for the electrode can affect readings. And there are other complications, so it is not a simple procedure. If you have a multimeter and want to take get the conductivity of solution, the most practical thing to do is find someone who has a conductivity meter and tell them if they let you use their conductivity meter you'll let them borrow your multimeter sometime.

Yet another video claiming to measure conducttivity and not showing how to get to the conductivity/restivity of water. Is there one anywhere on KZbin?
