🔨 MEAT HAMMER - UNHOLY new 12 ga slug (aka "tenderizer")

We test the Ballistic Machinist's latest 12ga slug he calls The Tenderizer, but I thought it looked like a medieval war hammer. Tim often comes up with a lot of creative designs and many never actually make it into production. We test them to see how they perform and he will sometimes make minor design changes. This design seemed to work quite well right off the bat.
