Man, that is some vicious damage from those roll pins. As far as manufacturing, you could easily set up a third World assembly line shop and make these cost effectively, IMHOP. Just an assembly line with the parts pre-machined in bulk and dumped into containers... or so it seems to me with the penetrator rod being screwed on after the pins are inserted...unless I am missing something? Would love to buy a case of these little monsters.

Those rounds terrify me, I've seen the damage large lumps of jagged metal does to the human body. You might survive being struck in an extremity, but anywhere near central mass, lights out! 😶
