Really appreciating your videos. 3.5 years ketovore/carnivore changed my life. I feel SO GOOD after a couple of decades in pain management for arthritis. I was vegetarian for 25 years - it hurt me in so many ways! IBS, gastritis, and joint pain. And being a whole foods, organic vegetarian DIDN'T protect me from renal AND breast cancer. Just whacked my wrist - urgent care doctor asked me if I was familiar with Dr. Tony Hampton videos! He's just started carnivore and said his hands quit hurting and he's full of energy. Me, too! 💗

Thank you so much for sharing your powerful story! I'm thrilled to hear how much the ketovore/carnivore lifestyle has improved your life after such a long journey of pain and health challenges. It’s incredible to know that even your urgent care doctor is experiencing the benefits! Stories like yours inspire others to take control of their health. Keep thriving, and thank you for the kind words about my videos-it means the world! 💪💗

This video alone is more information than most medical students get in their 1 semester of nutrition classes. Once I learned about the bioavailable nutrients in fatty meats vs plants, then the lightbulb went off. Thank you Dr Hampton for saving lives the right way

Amen, Dr. When I eat a big old ribeye 🥩 my body glows from the inside out. Like sitting outside on a beautiful day. It's hard to explain to others who just don't understand. Also, Intermittent Fasting daily is awesome. I'll be 73 this year. I started Keto in 2019,then to Ketovore now most days Carnivore. We can do this as we age. 🙏 💪 ♥

When I eat according to the carnivore eating style my joints don't feel stiff and achy. As soon as I add back to many carbs my joints let me know it. Carnivore or ketovore is the best eating plan for me. I'm staying on the "wagon" one day at a time. Thanks Dr. T. I would love to see you interview X-Carbovore, he's has excellent content of his channel. I just found his channel yesterday. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU'RE DOING to promote metabolic health!!

Meat has definitely healed and continues to heal me.. 185# lost, T2D, HBP, and Obstructive Sleep Apnea all reversed by eating mostly meat (and some eggs). Thank you for making this important video. We need to rebrand the meat aisle in a grocery store to "Health Foods" :)

I feel like a comfortable, healthy, human for the first time in decades. Eight months ago I took a 30-day challenge to not eat sugar. So, of course, that took away most processed/refined “food”. Within a week I had less pain after years of chronic widespread pain. That was big! I began losing weight. And needed to. I wasn’t hungry ALLTHETIME. I had less anxiety. I began to sleep through the night. And when the 30 days were up I extended it until my bloodwork was done. LDL down. Triglycerides down. Blood pressure down. So you can call this diet ketoish. But I’m sticking with it. I feel great. If I were to change anything it would be going carnivore. I do love vegetables but sometimes I just feel better eating animal protein.

I appreciate you for this video and meet and animal products are definitely 90 to 95% of my daily diet and I'm working on trying to increase it to 100%, but that's going to take a little time but I have come along way compared to where I used to be. Meet is definitely the way especially if we want excellent health and longevity and an intake of proper nutrients that the body needs and desires. Keep the videos coming and keep on being your amazing, handsome self.😊

A meat-based diet can be incredibly healing for many, but individual results vary due to factors like pre-existing health conditions, metabolic flexibility, gut health, or nutrient absorption issues. If your husband isn’t seeing the same benefits, he may need adjustments, such as tweaking macronutrient ratios (e.g., fat vs. protein), addressing possible food sensitivities (like dairy or eggs), or investigating underlying issues like gut dysbiosis or nutrient deficiencies. Everyone’s healing journey is unique, and small modifications can often make a big difference.

I would point out that cooking destroys some of the nutrients. Raw meat is best (from healthy animals -- hard to find these days).

Good morning Dr Hampton, sir for folls like that cant eat beef or pork ( digestive issues) what other meat will suffice your points made today!
@DrTonyHampton13 сағат бұрын
Good morning, Tia Here’s a concise response for a KZbin comment: For people who don’t tolerate beef or pork, they can focus on other animal proteins like lamb, goat, poultry, wild game, or seafood. Adding acids like apple cider vinegar or digestive enzymes may help improve digestion. They don’t need to eat all types of animal proteins to thrive-just focus on what works for your body. Many find success sticking to a few simple, well-tolerated options while reaping the benefits of the carnivore diet!

Thank you for your excellent work, Dr. Hampton! We need more doctors like you around. Have been eating this way for a year and a half, and there are so many benefits! What I'm much more aware of now are the multiple ways that our best food sources are being attacked, and how the powers that be are doing their damnedest to make it inaccessible to the everyday population. We really need to watchdog the people we elect, and not allow them leeway to control the food that we desperately need for our health.

What was the word at 3:47‽ Kerosene? Or did you mean carotene? Thanks for a clarification.
@DrTonyHampton14 сағат бұрын
Great question! The word was carnosine, not kerosene or carotene. 😊 Carnosine is a powerful antioxidant found exclusively in animal-based foods like meat, not plants. It plays a key role in reducing inflammation, protecting cells, and supporting muscle and brain health. Thanks for catching that!
