Check out how I prepped & cooked this awesome Porterhouse Dry Aged Steak from @meatnbone. This beauty was dry aged for 45-65 days, 1 1/2 inch thick, 25 oz of Midwest beef. It was my first time having dry aged steak, this was defiantly a fun a tasty cook & one I'll always remember.

I gotta take exception to cooking a steak like that over flame. Every flare of fire is flavor being lost. Cast iron, sous vide, broiler ALL 100x better than flame. Sorry but true.
