[How to make]
1) Soak ribs in cold water for 30 minutes to drain the blood.
2) Boil ribs, bay leaves, and garlic in a pot for about an hour.
3) Cut onions, potatoes, and green onions into large pieces.
4) Add 5 spoons of red pepper powder, 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, and 1 sauce of spicy chicken noodles and mix well.
5) Put the sauce in a pot.
6) Add vegetables.
7) Add 2 spoons of minced garlic and chop 2 hot chilis. Tear the enoki mushroom with your hands.
8) When the soup boils down, put noodles in it.
9) The meat gets softer as it boils.
10) Depending on your taste, add pepper and Vietnamese pepper to make it spicier.
