Call it divine intervention or ESP because just yesterday I used Sols kebab and roti recipe in the morning, followed meticulously and the result was beyond exceptional...lo and behold she posts this after I used the kebab classic. What a well rounded dish, ok kebabs should be round but the dish itself was just amazing. I was so set in my own method of making kebab but this is a renaissance. I encourage all kebab bunny, kebab and roti aficionados to give this a bash, drop it like a A Bomb in a quarter loaf and voila u have a hidden masterpiece. I have always been parle to the kebab, not for everybody's affliation and affirmation though as in retrospect, it is the Versace of the common mince, yet with the trimmings its transformational into a beautiful dish is superb, try Sols recipe I can guarantee you a top shelf rating, like I guarantee you a new Corona variant in 6 months time. I just add a drop of 2 of lemon juice at the end, again personal preference. Sol nails the gospel when she makes the kebab the star, had made it truly is, the chutney is an the ancillary and complimentary to this finely technical dish, I am now converted to her method...we guys use the word "polished"...lets just say that the pot was "polished " at the finality of the devouring. Beautiful dish Sol...truly lovely from someone whom appreciates authentic dining.
