Steven Rinella holds a mountain goat permit to hunt the Mills Creek region of Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula this year, so he and his brother Danny backpack into the mountains, into rugged country they've never seen in hopes of finding a billy goat. Actually, they’ve found some plants have emotions and can identity what they deem as a murderer. A lady in Japan has a cactus that can count. And they provide oxygen. So it’s either murder a plant or murder an animal. You’re damned either way. And eating meat is what evolved us past being just tall monkeys. Our guts became smaller because plants are harder to digest. So keep your backwards evolutionary trend. Not all biology is the same. A balanced diet is key, not an obligate diet. Get real. And while you’re at it, train wolves that they need to go vegan. Don’t worry, I’ll wait.

This! Oh my gosh this is what I’m talking about! I have been on three mountain goat hunt in my life also and I just successfully filled my tag on Saturday with a nice big Billy on the Chugach Alaska mountain range also! I had sleepless nights anticipating my next days adventures with plenty of cramps, sore muscles, bruises and blood blisters. Just on Saturday October 10th I was finally successful with a Billy that was so easy to get to after all my grueling trips up and down mountains cliffs trudging through devil clubs and alders!!! It was amazing and I can’t wait to do it again! Oh... I am 60 year old woman who takes after my Grandmother who was a Mountain Goat Hunter also!

As much as I love the struggle as the next hunter- this hunt just seems like torture. One thing to go through this rough terrain but then on top of that having to go through the rough terrain just to get close enough to see that it's one that you can't/won't shoot. As much as I consider myself to be a "real hunter", Steve is at a level that I will never achieve.

Thanks for the memories of my hike with my brother up Moose mountain. We took a very similar route in the early 70s, but we went on the other side of the rock ridge going up and through the swale to the right before the alpine. We also saw a large golden eagle standing the ground that stood over 3 feet as he surveyed the valley to the left (north). When the snow is mostly gone it’s quite beautiful up in the alpine zones. Thanks for leaving the nanny. I’ve probably seen her a few times.

We were a little more lucky and located a billy the first evening but off the other side of the mountain. My 2 hunting buddies and I all put in for a Bison draw Musk Ox Mt. Goat Dall sheep A whitefish spearfishing draw And an easy moose hunt draw Fingers crossed on the draws!!! It'll be a good season regardless. With no draws we are still looking at a King salmon trip in early summer, harvest morels I early summer, coho in the fall(with halibut and maybe crabbing) and a caribou hunt. Maybe even get time for dipnetting some sockeye when they run between early summer to fall. Lingonberries and Blueberries right around the silver run. Born and raised Alaskan and it never gets old. Alaska is such a great state!!!

TGA films abq . You hurt innocent animals ?? Why is that ?? kzbin.info/www/bejne/g4vTZZ-YprtlbqM . Timelapse. 1 minutes 🤮. Actual pictures ! Rotting flesh !!! Hot 37. Celsius 🤢🦠💩🥓🍳🍖.... rotting meat sits inside your stomach for 5-6 days !!! No fibre in your diet. You get cancer and heart attack and high blood pressure, 51% death rate. Vegans have 4% cancer, that’s it ✅❤️😬🦷💪. 100% fibre. Scientific fact. And I don’t stink like a corpse, I don’t need to use deodorant because I’m clean and fresh. 🐒🐵🦍✅❤️😬🦷💪 1% cancer !!! 99% the same as us !!! 1% cancer in the wild. Scientific fact !! Dr. Michael Greger. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gonMmKB9j9BofLc . Actual pictures, before 😮🦠🍖, after ✅❤️😬. 5 minutes !!! Wow 😲 Healthy vegan food, from KZbin, or the store, cheap, and no murder ✅

@Lee Vegan This is why people don't respect vegans... No one asked. And yet still you shove it down our throat. There are many good vegans out there and I respect it. But you.... no, you're the problem.

Pro tip: good animal hide leather gloves. Like steer or deer hide. You can grab all those thorny branches with little to no problem.. they aren’t the sexy camo high tech gloves but they get the job done when it gets rough.
