Steve, Remi, Cal, Yannis and others on this show have helped to change my life! I didn't grow up a hunter but my son and I have spent the last two seasons hunting together and there's nothing like it. These guys have inspired me. I spent this last week skinning, quartering and butchering my own deer. I have a working knowledge of the animal and how to use it. It's an awesome feeling. Getting ready to make a whole smoked venison ham for my family this Christmas 🎄! Thank you Steve, please keep doing what you do man 👍

I used to live in Virginia so I know the topography. Honestly hunting in Alaska even for a resident is such a logistical endeavor that I find myself missing just being able to go in the woods n hour from the house and hauling a whitetail or a turkey out by myself.
