Good job Jordan. Whoever got to edit this one did a fantastic job! In less than 20 minutes we got a history lesson, a biology lesson, watched two good kills, did some skinning, and still got time for a plate. You guys loaded up a 20 minute show to perfection. Props.

I could imagine how tough that would be to get used to. I think about it often... knowing every word you say will be critiqued on monday by some internet trolls. That would be tough as hell. props to her and the Meateater guys!

I feel like she’s more of a small group oriented person, or at least has been in the past. She’s incredibly competent and intelligent but just doesn’t generally feel the need to talk about it a whole lot so it’s an adjustment for her. She’s a great addition to the cast of characters on meateater.

A very enjoyable video. Nice person, good hunter and low key presentation. I would watch anything in which she is featured. So much better than the other videos (not Meater) where hyper faux he men must accompany any kill shot with Tarzan yodels and chest thumps. Please continue featuring her in more videos.

Wonderful. And yet, despite the axis deer being this abundant on Lanai and them being more of a pest that needs to be mowed down than a species that needs conservation and constant management (culling predators, supplementary feed etc), they are charging 5 k for a one buck / one doe 2-day trophy hunt (all other costs excluded). I guess my dream will have to wait a bit :))

I so much prefer how Meat Eater focuses on the spot and stalk way of hunting.. Watching hunting from a blind or stand on a feeder just does not appeal to me. Just my opinion and i know alot will disagree
@bryanincommiefornia562910 ай бұрын
I think it depends on what your goal is with hunting. My wife would be perfectly fine sitting in a blind or stand over bait, because she just wants to be able to put venison into the freezer. I'm more in it for the experience, getting out in nature and putting some miles on my boots. Luckily for me, in Cali we can't bait, so she's stuck doing it more my way. Unfortunately we have thus far been unable to bag a deer, but getting out there has been a victory for me. And spot-and-stalk is definitely more fun to watch.
