Ingredients needed for the meal.
7 eggplants, 800 grams.
1 teaspoon of salt, 8 grams.
4 cloves of garlic.
1 onion.
5 fresh peppers.
600 grams of tomatoes.
1 teaspoon of salt, 8 grams.
1 teaspoon of black pepper and red pepper powder.
1.5 cups of water, 300 ml.
Fresh red pepper and fresh green pepper.
5-6 basil leaves.

Great respect for you and your marvelous channel of wonderful food and clear direction coming from the USA. Can't wait to make this healthy and delicious looking meal. Unfortunately, tomatoes are not good for damaged kidneys so I will substitute fire roasted red bell peppers for the tomatoes and throw in some water chestnuts for myself.
