I'm going to make this for my adult daughter and her hubby. They both have very demanding, high stress jobs. I think up easy recipes for them to try so if they like it they can make it for themselves. So when they don't get home until 6pm or after, and really worn out the meal is ready, healthy and has leftovers. My son in law takes leftovers to work for lunch every day. My daughter is gluten free, so this is right up her alley!

That looks so good! I think that making it with stew meat would be better than a whole roast because the wine, Worcestershire, salt pepper and tomato juice from the veg would get into each little piece of meat.

That looks good - what about white rice? Looks good no matter what yummy Easiest way to make quick rice is with that Tupperware microwave cooker it’s amazing for quick small amounts or a rice cooker but it takes longer
