I understand your opinion, and I agree on your concept on case to case basis only. See if someone asked, does God forgive the killers and rapists? Of course we know that God can forgive anything if the person is really sorry. However, you can't just say in front of people yes, it will be encouraging people to do so. You have to study each case alone, see what does that person mean by his question, and why is he/she asking?

Yes, Alhamdu Lellah. Hijab is a must for muslim woman, but u can not force her to wear it, since it's just something between her and Allah, if she want to wear that's ok, if she does not, Allah will ask her, not you. It's like prayers, if u don't pray, Allah will ask u for that, not me, understand? :)
