Just going through your videos . Asked before if you saw an ME specialist . This video answered my question. It's so annoying that nothing works. I also agree that stuff that atleast doesn't make you worse is already amazing lol

Don't beat yourself up for overdoing it. We've all done that...pushing it too far. You'll get better even though it might not seem like you will. Also, most ME/CFS 'specialists' are too 'specialized'. They don't focus enough on rebuilding the body, but all have their own pet theories on viruses and other bugs.

True Jamison, Have you ever tried to add suppliments like creatine or l-carnitine to stronger your body? I am sure you as fitness trainer know enough about food, proteins & suppliments. Keep us updated in your videos. There are unfortunately so much people in same situation. I am wondering is thiss something from our century or did people had it back in days & how did they dealt with it. Life is sometimes like going to gym, the stronger you are the more 'weight' you get to carry through you life.

Jamison Hill Unfortunately, Eating evry 2 houers, a lot of fruit (in blender) Eating more fish than i used to do. Allso what really helps me is using himalaya salt. Sometimes i put quarter teaspoon in a small cup with hot water. Its full of minerals and it helps me with low bloodpressure if i get the fealing that i cant stand anymore. I have learnd thiss by doing buteyko method for breathing. Its allso good to focus on your breathing. Sometimes I close my eyes and I try to walk streight . It helps with your balance tremendously because you also get often problems with fealing light in head so i deal with it like thiss. Its semas funny but it helps. Allso very important to listen to the body & not overkill. Did you had problems with anxitey?

Jamison Hill Btw by walking i meant putting one leg in front of the other with your eyes clossed. I am thinking to start with somekind of suppliment. Maybe creatine & some whey but i think with time you can 'heal'

Hi Monsieur, thanks for the comment. I haven't but then again I don't watch many videos, and also, we must first figure out what it is before we figure out if anyone has recovered from it. So many unknowns, but we are at least making progress. Thanks again!
