This honestly feels like a carbon copy of 'Supreme Commander 2'. Even down to the same visuals for energy shields, weapon effects, nuclear weapons and option of 3D camera view. What does this have which that didn't? At least that has a single-player mode, years of optimisation and existing DLC for it, though.

Dude, just try it out... this has depth u would not expect. No meta, so many variety, every singla match is pure fun. And there is 2v2 as well. Very cool game, even in EA there is a good balance there.

Okay, so I want to say this somewhere in case this problem is forgotten. Paradox´s usual DLC model will hardly work with this game. This game relies on matchmaking and a equal, strategic playingfield for both sides. If Paradox pumps out tons of DLC for the game the playerbase will fracture, as every player would have to be put against a player with exactly the same DLCs. If they make it so that both sides get all the DLCs of the other, then the insentive to buy them for oneself drastically shrinks, apart from other problems, like not being able to fit or train with DLC units. Unless the game is a gigantic hit the fracturing of the playerbase would kill the game. If only people that purchase certain DLC have access to units, but the opponent doesnt, meaning the matchmaking pool is the same no matter which DLC are owned, then the player with the DLC has a automatic advantage due to more choices. I dont see how DLCs could work for this game unless they are cosmetic only. Please Paradox, dont screw this up by adding DLCs in this game. Make updates free and money trough cosmetics.

Idk how the game work, if you have to get mechs in packs or if everything is available from the start. They could add seasons like in card games. Where you have to buy packs to get the new stuff to stay competitive. The old tank still work, but are trash compared to the new ones. Knowing Paradox, i'm sure they'll find a way ;) Press here --->

They mentioned that they want the game to be competition ready, which would make the decision to go into purchasable packs a killer for this ambition. It would be a meta game, throwing out any hope of balance with players that dont have everything versus others. Hope modern gaming monetization doesnt ruin this great foundation of a game they got rn
