Due to internal leakage of ground water in Underground Fuel storage tank. Jab Tanker fuel unload karta hai underground tank main toh jo sediments ya impurities hoti hai vo bhi fuel main mix ho jati hai Tab bhi nahi bharwana chaiye Fuel.

Density of the fuel varies due to a change in temperature, therefore more the density at lower temperature. Ideal range for petrol in India should be 720-775 kg/m3 and on the other hand diesel should be around 820-860 kg/m3. Also, lower petrol/diesel density than ideal range is bad as it may have other contaminants or mixing of petrol with water.
