@@mario17-t34 в том то и дело что ты не думаешь ! при таком качестве литья невозможно обеспечить прочность детали , там кругом будет воздух , во вторых диски льют из прочных алюминиевых сплавов а не из дерьмового алюминиевого лома ! в третих эти рукоголовожопы механобработку проводят как буд то для ослиной телеги деревянные колеса точат , при таком качестве токарки , не отбалансированные диски не позволят выше 40 км/ч разгоняться , оторвет нахер все подшипники !

А-ха-ха, народ в коментах правильно определил проблему - это по-факту только модель диска. Надо по уму лить из правильного расплава, ПОД ДАВЛЕНИЕМ, либо центробежным литьем, а еще лучше не лить, а КОВАТЬ диски, чтобы убрать пузырьки воздуха и сформировать в сплаве прочные волокнистые слои.

Дело в том что литой диск это не вылитый просто так, он прессуется под давлением и сплав становится в три раза прочнее стали, так что на таких дисках просто опасно ездить что он расколится или согнется на любой яме✌️

Диск садится на центровку, а болты там плюс минус 0,5 не играет роли. Конусные болты/гайки продавят себе посадку. новые диски предписывают подтягивать сперва первые 30-40км, и позже еще когда поездишь...

Exactly. You machine the inner hole first, then you mount to that. Then everything is true from that point on as you machine the outside diameter. If you are going to make many of one item you need a reuseable mold and more than one ! Also a larger melt pot that holds more aluminum ! The machining and painting take long enough ! They tun out one wheel an hour or so ? Two sets of wheels a day ?

Nothing like wearing flip flops and carrying molten metal inches away from the exposed feet. What can go wrong. I think they have to power wash the feet after a shift. I’m surprised a tire can actually seal and hold air with these rims, and then you need at least 2 pounds of tire weights to balance them on the car. The precise hand milling and 1827 lathe is amazing.

A very crude copy of a wheel and using moulding sand that has been recycled numerous times. Then the quality of the scrap aluminium being used leaves a lot to be desired. That wheel would be very dangerous to use on anything that moved much more than walking pace.
