आपने बिल्कुल सही बात कही मेरे पास एक 15 साल पुराना होंडा शाइन बाइक है जिसे मैं रे रजिस्ट्रेशन करवा लिया है लेकिन मैं जब से बाइक खरीदा था तब से अभी तक एक बार भी उसके कार्बोरेटर को नहीं खुलवाया था किंतु एक बार मेरे छोटे भाई ने एक मैकेनिक यह कहने पर होंडा शाइन का कार्ब्यूरेटर क्लीन करवा लिया उसके बाद उसे गाड़ी का चल स्मूदनेस आवाज पिकअप और साथ में एवरेज गड़बड़ा गया उसे ठीक करने के लिए मैं फिर कंपनी के पास गया तो कंपनी वालों ने कहा कि आपका कार्बोरेटर आपको नहीं खुलवाना चाहिए था यह खराब हो गया है अब आपको नया कार्बोरेटर लगाना होगा तब जाकर के मैं 5500 हजार में नया कार्ब्यूरेर लगवाया हूं उसके बाद मेरी गाड़ी की चाल पहले जैसे हो गई!!

They just wash the bike and say ' सब ठीक है, अब यहां से गेट लाॅस्ट '. जब तक आप पैसे नहीं भरते तब तक बहुत मिठी बातें करेंगे। That is the reason why we have no option but to go to road side mechanics.

Depends on how experienced a mechanic is. The one I know made my 10 year old scooter(honda activa 2000-2015) good as new. It used to have a huge lag between throttle and pickup. Now after maintenance it feels much better as close to new as could be.

I partially agree. In old carburettor type bikes or scooters if you properly know how to clean and returne carburettor then no problem. But many workshop mechanics don't know it and open carburettor to clean but can not properly refit and tune it. Then Problems starts. I myself have opened my Suzuki Access 2010 model carburettor three times. I use seperate engine RPM meter to set my carburettor perfectly. And there is no problem till date. You should learn it, how to service and tune it. Othervise don't try. Find a well experienced, qualified & trusted mechanics workshop. There are so many aspects to look into a bike or scooters to function it in good way. Like proper tyre pressure, brakes, cluch assembly, belt or chain, clean Air filter, proper engine oil level, good Spark Plug. Lubrication of all moving joints, brake, cluch, gear and accelerator cables, well tuned carburettor, clean battery terminals etc. If you learn to do these rutine maintenance then you will have very less problems in your bike or scooter.

Yes I also have problem in my rtr 200 usually my bike shuts off with no reason while idiling and sometimes rpm decreases and also bike turns off when clutch lever is pulled and I remember once I had a starting issue and mechanic did from service center clear dtc I wondered clear dtc means clearing codes after sensor fault is fixed or any error is fixed and now there is no cheak engine light but I checked cylinder temperature sensor and resistivity was 11000 ohm also while I had that problem mechanic did sorting that made little water to go in headlight and headlight foggs inside if I spray water on headlight if it has run I high beam or ran I sun for a long kms Can you explain me about that idiling shut off it sounds like turning killswitch off but happends with no reason I don't care about warrenty now and I am ready to fix it

If the check engine light came back, check what DTC code/error it is showing. DTC codes are universal. typing the DTC code in google can give you some possible causes of the problem. If the check engine light didnt come back and if there is no DTC then it can be a plethora of problems which will need some serious diagnosis. But there some most probable suspects. Check your fuel pump, HT coils, fuel injectors, O2 sensor, bad crankshaft position sensor, etc. I will try to help you to my best capacity if you can give some of the symptoms.

@salmansiddiq4521 problem I think is with fuel system normally this cycle happens when fuel is low and fuel light is blinking on and no no cheak engine light I never comes on and ignigition coil seems normal and for instance old temperature sensor was bugging but it was replaced but problem persists sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't it feels like you shut bike off by kill switch sometimes it feels like vapour lock and it happens while driving bike starts to choke out and if I rev to recline it goes back online so I think air is in fuel system or my throttle body is bugging

Uske baad bike ko chalate huye 2gear me clutch dabane par rpm aapne aap high ho jaata hai aur 3000 rpm par 10-15 rukne ke baad rpm normal ho jata hai. Aur bike me power and acceleration kam lag rha hai. Thortal body me leakage lg rha ha. Bajaj service centre wale problem solve nai kar rahe hai. Complaint krne ke baad bhi. Fuel Tank cleaning is first step if your bike is 5 year old second step fuel prices to engine change or clean if pipe seems to be dirty or worn out after that check for carborater because fuel injector system bikes don't have much work to be done in carborater

Meri fazer 150 ka carburettor 41k ke baad petrol overflow hone laga tha fir ek mechanic ne use kholker petrol se dho diya lekin baad may vo bola air screw jam ho gaya hai tuning nahi hogi or mujhe fit ker ke de diya or bike may overrace ki problen aa gayi. Fir 10 mechanic ne bola iska carburettor change karvao lekin 1 mechanic ne use kharadiye se air screw khulvaya or. Yamaha ka original Airscrew dalker throttle body spray se carburettor ko clean ker diya ab bilkul firstclass chal rahi hai bike.

मेरे साथ यही हुआ मेरी प्लेटिना मेकानिक ने कहा आप की बाइक एवरेज अच्छा दे रही है परंतु पिकअप कम है , मैं और अच्छा सेट कर देता हूं । उसने सेटिंग को छेड दिया उसके बाद मेरी बाइक एक्सीलेटर अधिक देने पर बंद होने लगी। पिकअप का कारण यह था की मैं बाईक इकनॉमिक मोड में चलता था जिससे मुझे चढ़ाई पर गियर बदलना पड़ता था। फिर दोबारा मैंने दूसरे मैकेनिक से एयर स्क्रू सेट करवाया तब बाइक सही चलने लगी उसने बताया आप चढाई पर इक्नामिक मोड पर बाइक चलाते हो तो गियर बदलना ही पडेगा।

you are right, wish this video was made long time ago, my carb fz was shutting randomly to service centre recommended to clean the carburater fully, i did go with it, now my bike never starts without choke for the 1st start of the day & randomly starts jerking like out of fuel in ON position even though more than sufficient fuel is in the tank, reserve no problem.

New carburettor lagvaya hai ab jab gadi jyada der khadi rehti hai to fir chalu nahi hoti.. choke dene par chalu rehti but jaise hi accelerate karne jaye to bandh ho jati hai.. Aisa nahi ki subeh ke time.. jab bhi gadi jyada der padi rehti like 7 ghante tab hoti.. any solution ?

Carburetor is not a cup of tea for many of the mechanic. It takes few attempts to make sure the carb is properly fitted and tuned which cannot be done in one attempt. I am lucky to lean the proper cleanin and tuning of my fzs which is 13 yrs old. Also most of the mechanic will fool you by aksing to change the carb which in my opinion is not required carbs can last for a very long time. Also as he mention dont unnecessarily poke the carb it can take away your happiness belive me 😂😂😂 and thats true.

Mera r15 v3 hai 2020 model. Bahar kahi check nhi hua hai kavi. Lekin showroom pe FI ka problem jo dikha raha usse wo log thik nhi kar pa rahe. Kya karna hai kuch bata sakte hai?

Sir mera byk 2016 ka bs 3 naya tvs victer hai. Lekin s byk sirf 35 km per liter milege de raha hai. To milege increse karne ki liye me kya karu. Mechanic bol raha hai. Mera byk ka carboreter naya lagavo. Aapko milege teek meilega? Kya carboreter change karne se byk ka milege increse ho jayega kya?
