Thank u for the video....when calculating v ...u took the sum of forces in y direction , but shouldnt u have substitute the distributed force for (1/2 *33.33*2)?

I think the distance of the concentrated load is 1/3 when you're calculating Mcut.

It’s 1/3 of the total length of 2 meters. So that’s why it’s 2/3 meters.
