you were supposed to blend in the driver's door as well as a former bodyshop painter it is the correct way and I wouldn't have added bondo to the door again. best results are to replace the door panel skin..

Ремонт заслуживает одобрения, только вот одно "но", характерное для большинства автосервисов: не закрывают проем соседней (передней) двери. И после ремонта, владельцу автомобиля придется-таки обратиться к дейтелингу! Это называется культурой производства. Независимо, какими работами ты занимаешься, кузовными, малярными или установочными!

That would be the correct way to repair a door ...but the correct way would be a new door skin ...or a second hand door not put pud on a door.

El problema radica en que tiene mucha masilla se agrieta y se mete el agua oxida la chapa y salta la masilla yo cambiaria la puerta entera

So after you stripped it down to bare metal, was that an epoxy primer you sprayed over it? And then you put the filler on top of that? I’ve read where some prefer to put the filler directly on the metal then epoxy over that. I would think the epoxy primer seals the metal to prevent future rusting?

Отверстия надо заваривать или оловом лудить. Шпаклёвка как губка воду впитывает. Через эти, казалось бы маленькие дырочки, проникнет много воды и шпаклевка снова треснет. А железо заржавеет.

Данное видео показывает как не надо делать. Всё что сделано это грубое нарушение технологического процесса. Почему до этого произошло отслоение шпатлёвки. Отверстия после споттера нужно было заварить сваркой что бы не допустить доступ воздуха и влаги. Грунтовать перед нанесением шпатлёвки нужно первый слой кислотный грунт второй акриловый. Шпатлёвки на больших плоскостях работают рубанком а не орбитальной. В результате через не большое время дверь бутет такой же какой и была. Так что делать вот таким образом нельзя. Материал и труд на ветер😢

That's exactly what happens when you put mud over bare metal it rusts the metal and you don't even know it until you have to go back and do a repair and then you discover the metal once you peel the mud off

そもそも、何故パテ割れして錆びたのか⁉️考えて欲しかったなぁ😢 こちらで考察すると、厚盛りパテした事で弾力性に欠け、表面が割れて水の侵入を許してしまった😮のが原因かと。 となると、鋼板の表面を板金で平すか⁉️パテより弾力性があるボンドで平すか⁉️した上で、防水対策したら良いと思いますが、いかがでしょうか⁉️😮

That repair is going to fail again. The best thing was to replace the door or put a new skin on it. But if its a budget repair at least lightly sand blast the rusty crevices .Tack weld all the holes and apply all metal or fiberglass filler before bondo. Please do better

Why not replace the door plus you missed the rear pillar you got most of it but left a big dry spot
