This is a neatly visualized and informative video and it is presented at a good pace and in a clear fashion. The narration/voice-over could benefit from a more enthusiastic voice and clearer pronunciation, I think. Thank you for putting this out.

Thank you for this clear & precise explanation! So poly A tail is dynamically synthesizes and degrades by PAP and Pan2/3 but when CNOT engages, deadenylation is definite and Poly A structure is no longer dynamic but irreversible?
