Nice review. Still grinding it. IMO It’s a situational ship. In Dom and CC it shines, in Epicenter with more than 2 DDs you need to be careful and in Base Capture you need to be extra careful while the support of a good CC is more than welcome.

Is it really worth it when you have the Prussen ? Pretty same range, but bigger and faster reload main guns, better secondaries, more tanky, better torpedoes ...
