Thanks again for these videos Ollie! I was wondering if you could potentially do one where you give a simulation of using the ICE strategy for handling a stressed patient? Or just giving example sentences for each ICE point. I've been trying to think of smooth ways to go through each point, but seem to fumble over the words because it seems too "structured" when I try it.

My Sister been waiting 5vMonthscin Hospital then Rehab now Nursing Home waiting for NHS Hip Replacement which takes few hours! Waste of my Sisters life and cost to NHS
