The early 2000s were an amazing time to play WW2 games. BF 1942, MOH, and COD. I would gladly do it all over again

I played the demo so much before the game came out and was constantly waiting for new info on the official website. This intro still hits home over 20 years later!

You hear how the helmsman of the landing craft had a British accent? That’s historically accurate, the landing craft helmsman were British.

is it still played anywhere online? It was brilliant to play it single but multiplayer damn i spent week and weeks 20 years ago playing it on dialup and so much fun.....half the usernames were variations of "Winters", "Wild Bill Guarnere", "Lt.Speirs" etc.......happy days

There are still online servers and communities playing it, u can even play this game without buying it and multiplayer would still work. You just need to search ip online for some server and write it in multiplayer section.
