The most important part of the stats is that heroes with low power should have stats with fixed numbers, while heroes with high power should have stats with % numbers. +1 % of 1M HP is +10k HP. +1 % of 10 M HP is 100k.

How do you even obtain medallions? My first 4 does not have them. Librarian, Ever etc.

They come through events, if you missed the event you will have to wait for them to return. We don’t know when that will be though :(
