anybody else having some problem with understanding how the HR = 160 to 170 ? I got nearly 200 the rhythm is regular so we can use 300 sq method.. bw 2 R-R intervals there are approximately 1.5 large squares. 300/1.5 = 200. Therefore heartrate = 200bpm ?

300/(less than 1.5) = >200. not sure how your math works.
