I have missing middle ear bones because of cholesteatoma...I’m assume that this won’t work for me since those clamps won’t have anything to grab onto? Would the Bonebridge possibly be better since it doesn’t have that?

Is there anything for vertigo, beside the Epley exercise. Even if I do the Epley. It always comes back. I have to sleep,only on the left side and if I do go on my back, It wakes me and everything turns
