Amazing location & spectacular projects. However be wary of placing too much money down up front. The developer in question had unrealistic expectations and you’re likely to be better off investing elsewhere & once it opens purchasing the finished product directly from a private investor.

These videos always get me all pumped up about Medellin all over again ;)) That said, Provenza will be a much nicer place to be a digital nomad when you can cheaply and conveniently (Uber style) order a security detail to help you take your laptop from Airbnb -> Cafe, stand guard at the cafe, and then escort you back Cafe -> Airbnb. LOL in 2019 I was naive enough to think once I was in the 2nd floor of a cafe with the laptop, I was "safe". Then you heard about the guys coming INTO the cafes cleaning out everyone's laptop, wallet, and phone in one go.

The way the world works is carved in stone, your refusal to accept that it doesn't fit the way you "wish" it functioned will NEVER, EVER change anything. Just like Elliot's hatred of women for refusing to make the effort to see what he thought were his "virtues" and sleep with him, acting in 180 degree contrast to all the rules guys who actually get girlfriends follow to make it happen.
