I have a guy that rents rooms in Laureles. It typically is 15 a night. But he also has monthly rates.. it's a few blocks from 70 Calle

The rooms have good wifi. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.. there own bathroom. And full kitchen to share. Nine rooms there. Typically only half are rented.. it's big, extremely clean and extremely quiet.
