また流れてきて久しぶりに見入ってしまった。この時の蜘蛛の糸もそうだけど、オーグルのイベントはどれも夢見のようだった。観客席を練り歩くマーシャルアレン、談志の講談、どこかのハコではカッツィ三部作が流れていたっけ。あの頃は楽しかったなあ。もうすぐ20年になります。

I found it on some private tracker a while ago, I think. It's not a TV rip, but a fan-made video, shot using 3 cameras and edited together by fans.

see my comment below. the band was going to issue a live dvd release of this, I went with them and did the multi-track sound recording and the promoter was in charge of getting footage and it would later be released. they ran a piggyback DA-40 off my set up and put this out on their own, sucks because we all lost income but their video footage sucks because they used like 5 different cameras.

Reminds me of seeing them in Madison, They are just on....Stunning communication. Seriously sounds like 1 person, Very impressive. They have great imagination for sounds, I know John sites Ran Blake(his former teacher) and the Universal mind of Bill Evans about the Jazz process of music. Great improvised music is getting a well deserved audience. Its like Modal Funk. Whas w/ the terrible trombone thing, cat sux shit.

The thing that really makes MMW amazing for me is how talented each of an artist they are individually. Medeski is obviously one of, if not Thee, best B3 players ever but Chris Wood stands out as of the most fun stand-up bass players I've ever seen.

alexsh,this is not a fan DVD.this was suppose to be an official release by the band,I was there and did the multi track recording used in this video.the promoter was suppose to provide the video equipment and people to run them.as you can tell some shots are clearer than others,this being due to the different cameras supplied.not happy with the video outcome it was slapped together and somebody (ahem) leaked it.

just another reason why I LOVE this band...thanks SO much for making this available! Assuming that's DJ Logic? I'm only in at 21 minutes so far, so I haven't seen any credits/etc....
