Ingredients (For 4-5 people)
Urad Dal (உளுத்தம் பருப்பு) - 200g
Raw Rice (பச்ச அரிசி) - 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves (கருவேப்பிலை) - handful
Green Chillies (பச்ச மிளகாய்) - 5-6
Hing Powder (பெருங்காயம்) - 1 teaspoon
Salt (உப்பு) - to taste
Oil (எண்ணை) - for frying
Water (தண்ணீர்) - 50ml - add while grinding
