I'm surprised it doesn't have it too. It's a mix for all manufacturers I've reviewed whether they have it or not. Reach out to GMC corporate and let them know it's a feature you want to see!

Can you please do a video on SuperCruise, discussing pros, cons, quirks, limitations, etc. SuperCruise is really the main reason I am considering GM vehicles, would never have considered a GM vehicle otherwise.

I have a video already shot on it! I was planning on a release in December but I'll try to re-work the upload schedule to get it out sooner. The video is just demoing how it's used but honestly it was a great all around. It works with or without sunglasses and the only issue I found is that if it gets disabled because you aren't paying attention you need to actually stop the car, turn it off and then back on to get SuperCruise to work again. Talking this out now... I didn't cover off those points in the video so I'm going to re-shoot a talking head video explaining my overall thoughts on it and then combine them

I'm having trouble holding the garage receiver near the Acadia to program the home link .... It doesn't find the signal. Where EXACTLY DO YOU HOLD IT? and mine did find the signal twice ...but then could Not Open the garage door... Super frustrating. Should be so easy but hard to troubleshoot what's going on and why it isn't working

It's a bit of a pain to program in most cars but you have to act fast in between each step. If it's finding the signal, hold it 1" to 3" away from the rearview mirror. You might need to press the "test" button a few times before it actually starts to work. If it's not working, you'll need to be quick again here: press the learn button on the garage door opener receiver, then press the "test" button in the screen again, potentially a few times before it responds.

@@CarsWithSteve Hmmm... so is THAT the process? it just says to hold the transponder up to the mirror... and then it would finally say "found signal" or something... but then the test button did nothing...then it says did it work? yes, no... but it's not clear what to do... and i tried this for like 30 minutes and got frustrated. so I'm confused... do you hit the LEARN button on the garage door and THEN push the TEST button? Or am I supposed to use a TRANSPONDER? IT asks if you have a clicker... I said yes... if you say no it asks if you're .... "D" or "UR?" or something? but I don't know what either of those mean either. It's just AWFUL they don't ACTUALLY give you directions ?!?!?! Super frustrating... any more tips you can give me/us?
